Insurance. All clients are advised to arrange their own private insurance for the duration of their holiday. Clients from EU member states should bring their European Health Insurance Card, but should not rely on this, or on reciprocal arrangements between their own country and Spain. In an emergency for example, you may be treated in a private Spanish hospital or by a non-national health Spanish doctor – in this situation the doctor or hospital will expect to be paid and you will not be covered by your national health insurance reciprocal arrangement. We therefore rent our accommodation on the assumption that clients have made adequate insurance provision to deal with accident or emergency.

We understand that flights are often much cheaper mid week and we will accommodate this when we can. We ask customers not to arrive in the middle of the night, and to make reasonable arrangements with us to check the property and receive feedback from them prior to departure. When bookings are 'back to back', the properties will be available from 3pm on the start date and should be vacated by 10am on the last day to allow for cleaning.

We may also ask for the balance prior to arrival. If bank charges are excessive, we may avoid them by accepting the balance in cash on arrival. Please notify us immediately about any breakage or damage so that the items can be replaced or mended.
