"The pool at Almachar is a five minute walk from the house (Casa de Luz). It´s friendly, not too crowded and has a nice bar. You can always take a five minute run down the hill to the new pool at El Borge which is fantastic!!!!"

"On the N340, 6km east of Maro, turn off at the small sign reading 'Playa de Canuelo'. . .
The beach is beautiful and was quite empty during our visit in May, well worth the drive"
